Data Analysis
The number of expected housing units from the 2000 Census, the number of actual housing units identified during listing, and the number of housing units sampled are applied to survey response rates to calculate a statistical weight for each block cluster within the parish. Statistical weights are then applied to survey data to calculate parish-level estimates for each variable.
